Privacy policy

Neurutina does not collect, transmit or store any personal data. This is not a marketing position: the app simply has no means to do so. There is no server, there are no user accounts, and there is no analytics or advertising library anywhere in the code.

What is stored

The routines you create, their steps and the record of your runs are kept in a local database inside the app's private storage on your own device. None of it leaves that device.

If you add the widget to your home screen, the app shares with it the minimum needed to draw it (the routine name, the current step and when it ends) through a private container provided by the operating system and accessible only to Neurutina.

What never happens

• Nothing is sent over the internet. The app works in flight mode.
• There is no sign-up, no login and no user profile.
• There is no analytics, telemetry, tracking or advertising.
• Nothing is shared with third parties, because there is nothing to share.

Permissions

The app may ask for permission to send you notifications and, on Android, to schedule exact alarms. These are used only to tell you when a routine starts or when a step's time is up. You can deny them and the app still works, you simply lose those reminders. You can revoke them at any time from your system settings.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app makes the operating system remove its local storage, and with it every routine and every record. No copy remains anywhere, because none was ever made. There is nothing to request and no form to fill in.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and, in any case, collects no data from anyone.

Changes

Should this policy ever change, the updated version will be posted on this page along with its date.
